The fourth edition of Companatico took place at the historic Grange of the Certosa in Sala Consilina. This format brings together culture and gastronomy to promote the wheat supply chain and the heritage of the Vallo di Diano. Supported by BCC Monte Pruno, the initiative connected local farmers, mills, and bakeries, highlighting the Grange’s historic role as the granary for the Padula Charterhouse. The evening featured tastings of local products and musical performances, aiming to strengthen cultural tourism and foster networks among local producers, associations, and businesses to promote the region’s cultural heritage.
