Companatico returns with a two-day event dedicated to the gastronomic excellence of the Vallo di Diano region and beyond. Highlights include the Caseificio S. Antonio with its signature ‘uovo di cacio’ cheese, the ‘Sciuscillsone’ pepper by I Segreti di Diano, the cured meats from Norcineria Bianculli, and wines by Guido Lenza and Pippo Greco. Supported by the Sala Consilina institutions and media partner 20Italie, the initiative aims to promote culinary culture and celebrate the authentic flavors of the region.
